My background includes customer service, tech support, sales, writing, virtual assistance, marketing support, operations, and team coordination.
I moved into full-time freelance work in 2016. Over time, clients gave me more responsibility, from completing tasks to managing websites, marketing campaigns, freelancers, client communication, QA, documentation, and internal systems.
I have worked with agencies and development teams such as TA Web, DG Consulting, JGM Media, PT Solutions, CC Spec, and RP Media.
My work has included website development, marketing, content production, QA, operations, recruitment, team coordination, and client delivery.
Writing was a large part of my freelance work before project management became my main focus. I have worked as both a ghostwriter and bylined writer across fitness, travel, education, creativity, marketing, customer service, minimalism, and local business.
A lot of my work comes back to one question: How do we make this easier to repeat?
That is why I spend time on SOPs, checklists, shared files, task templates, QA, handoffs, clear instructions, and simple systems.
Outside work, I take care of 13 dogs and spend my free time on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, and strength training.
